Internship Program

8Cloud Technologies is offering a 2-month paid internship program aimed at motivated students and fresh graduates seeking practical industry exposure and hands-on experience. This program provides an opportunity to work on real projects within a professional setting, helping participants develop relevant skills and gain valuable insights into their chosen fields. The internship will be based in Karachi, with options for onsite and hybrid work modes. Working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and interns will receive a stipend ranging from PKR 25,000 to 30,000.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will support their respective departments by assisting with daily tasks and contributing to ongoing projects. They will engage in practical assignments involving real client or internal projects, conduct research, and offer ideas relevant to their area of work. Collaboration with team members and active participation in discussions are expected. Interns must complete assigned tasks within deadlines, attend team meetings, learning sessions, and performance reviews. Adherence to company policies, professional standards, and confidentiality requirements is mandatory. Additionally, interns will receive feedback aimed at continuous improvement of their technical and professional skills.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should be students currently enrolled in their third or final year of university or fresh graduates eager to gain industry experience. A relevant educational background aligned with the chosen internship department is essential. Applicants must have completed at least one prior internship related to their field. Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills are required. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn, accept feedback constructively, and take ownership of their responsibilities. Commitment to the full two-month duration of the internship is necessary. Additionally, candidates must be based in Karachi and comfortable with the specified working hours and onsite/hybrid work arrangements.
