Internship Trainee

The Internship Trainee position is a full-time, on-site role based at the firm’s Lahore office. The trainee will support senior lawyers by conducting legal research, assisting in case preparation, and drafting documents related to taxation, corporate, and other legal matters. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers with legal research and case preparation, focusing on taxation and corporate law matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Organize and maintain case files, legal records, and databases to support efficient workflow.
- Prepare summaries of legal documents and case materials for review by attorneys.
- Support client meetings by taking detailed notes and managing follow-up tasks.
- Perform administrative duties including record keeping, updating legal databases, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an LL.B or equivalent law program.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to efficiently organize and manage case files.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with attorneys and interact professionally with clients.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as word processing software, spreadsheets, and legal databases, along with basic IT literacy.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore, demonstrating integrity, confidentiality, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under supervision.
