- Conducting the whole recruitment process- Ensuring Documentation and On-boarding of new joiners- Preparation of Job Descriptions and Position Description- Aligning Stakeholders for Interviews2. Employee Grievance and Relations- Handling Employee related issues and grievances- Working with management to ensure higher employee retention3. Talent Management and Policy:- Assisting in rolling out training and OD related initiatives- Communicate any policy changes to the employees.4. Performance Management- Guiding and facilitating employees throughout the performance management cycle.- Help managers setup benchmarks and KPIs.5.
