Specific Tasks
- Establishing the networking environment by designing network configuration, directing network instal
- The design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment
- Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outag
- Undertaking data network fault investigations in local, VPN and wide area environments, using inform
- Securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
- Support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy
- Reporting on network operational status
- Upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
- Configuration of routing and switching equipment
- Should have sound knowledge of Fortinet & CISCO firewalls
- Remote support of on-site IT team for network related issues, & Liaising with Network Administrators
