Answer all incoming calls to the Maintenance Services Department (external and internal)
• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of vendors for maintenance calls on site
• Process invoices from vendors
• Keep an organized record of all issues and follow up if necessary
• Check Vendors invoices to assure no mistakes are made
• Proactively acquire customer feedback regarding the staff visit
