Inventory Analyst – E-commerce-Night Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our e-commerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product inventory through Shopify and related systems, ensuring accurate stock levels and preventing shortages. This role requires at least six months of relevant experience in inventory management, e-commerce operations, or data reporting. The Inventory Analyst will monitor stock, analyze sales performance, maintain precise inventory records, and support timely replenishment to optimize product availability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update inventory levels across Shopify and other relevant platforms.
- Identify low-stock and out-of-stock products and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Track sales trends, product performance, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Reconcile system stock records with physical inventory and resolve variances.
- Maintain accurate records of product availability and inventory status.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to minimize stockouts.
- Analyze inventory and sales data to support informed business decisions.
- Monitor expiry dates and batch information for medical products, where applicable.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months’ professional experience in inventory management, e-commerce, stock control, or data analysis.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
- Understanding of inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and sales metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Must be based in Lahore and available for immediate joining.
- Willingness to work the night shift, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT, or a related field is desirable.
