Inventory & Billing Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking stock movements and reconciling physical counts with system data.
- Prepare and process invoices, manage billing cycles, and ensure timely and error-free billing for both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and support audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to inventory and billing operations.
- Update inventory and billing systems daily and generate routine reports to support operational transparency.
- Assist in continuous process improvements in inventory control and billing functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, including invoicing and the use of billing systems.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for reviewing inventory data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting financial accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of finance to assist with billing reconciliations and coordination with the finance team.
- Proficiency in inventory management or ERP software and MS Excel.
- High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or a similar inventory and billing environment is advantageous.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
