Inventory Coordinator

Surgivision is seeking a highly organized and responsible Inventory Coordinator to oversee inventory management, coordinate orders, and support daily office dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, facilitate smooth communication with the sales team regarding product availability, and manage the timely dispatch of products and correspondence. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain efficient inventory workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements regularly.
- Keep the sales team informed about available products, stock shortages, and expected arrivals to support sales planning.
- Coordinate new orders and follow up on backorders to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Verify incoming and outgoing stock against relevant documentation to maintain accuracy.
- Arrange the dispatch of products, courier parcels, and office letters, while maintaining tracking and delivery records.
- Monitor product batches and expiry dates, promptly reporting any stock discrepancies to prevent losses.

Required Qualifications

- Good organizational and communication skills to effectively manage inventory and coordinate with various teams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software to handle stock records and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up promptly on pending tasks or issues.
- Previous experience in inventory management or order coordination is preferred to ensure familiarity with related processes.

Additional Information

- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week.
