Key Responsibilities
The Investment Advisor will guide clients through financial planning, investment options, and portfolio strategies tailored to their individual goals and risk tolerance. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, analyzing financial data, and preparing clear, comprehensive investment proposals and reports. The advisor will continuously monitor market trends and evaluate opportunities across real estate and other asset classes to recommend suitable investment strategies. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships is essential, as is responding promptly to client inquiries. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely execution of investment decisions. Compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies must be maintained at all times, alongside delivering high levels of professionalism and client service.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in financial planning and finance, enabling them to assess client needs and design appropriate financial roadmaps.
