Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their investment needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends and property values.
- Guide clients through the investment process, including property selection, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate sales or investment advisory roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Peshawar is highly desirable.
