Engagement Manager

You will be responsible for fostering strong partnerships with parents to guide and support them in facilitating educational activities at home. You will play a crucial role in empowering parents to actively engage in their children's learning journey and enhance their academic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, providing support, guidance, and resources to help them engage effectively in their children's education.
Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, offering ongoing support, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to their children's learning progress.
Gather feedback from parents to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies and identify areas for improvement, continuously refining and adapting approaches based on input.

Qualifications and Skills:

Intermediate
Should have strong communication skills.
