We are looking for an experienced Accounts / Finance Manager to be part of our development team.
Supervision and implementation of all accounting tasks.
- Bookkeeping in QB & Odoo
- Invoicing for foreign clients
- IFRS & iAS Implementation as per IASB
- Implementation of all internal policies
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Customized reports
- Over viewing Local and foreign bank reconciliations
- Sales reconciliations
- Asset reconciliations
Supervision and implementation of all Financial tasks and Reporting.
- Payroll & it’s disbursement
- Financial reporting as per standards
- Projects feasibility reporting
- Company Cost efficiency implementation
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
- Predicting future financial trends
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
- Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
- Narrowing remittance deductions
- Maintaining proper records for Proceed Realization Certificate
- Seat costing company wide
Supervision and implementation of all Taxation tasks and Filing return.
- WHT Monthly, Quarterly and Annual returns
- Preparing accounts and tax returns
- Over viewing sales return.
Supervision and implementation of internal audit of all departments in context to finance matters.
- Minimizing forecasted financial loss occurrence
- Checking the credibility of supporting documents.
- Supervising audit team
