InvoZone is a growing company in Lahore, headquartered in America that offers a combination of consulting, outsourcing and specialized services to global clients across all types of web and mobile app development. We are looking for IT/System Administrator Intern for our fast growing business.
Responsibilities :
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resource
- Take user support requests and take measures to fulfill request
- Assist in handling data migration duties
- Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners and other peripherals
- Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data security
- Record activities, solutions and other responses to request for service
- Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use.
- Provide backup technical support for network including router, firewall, and wireless access point.
- Installs and tests server and other hardware upgrades, utilities, and patches.
- Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff.
- Evaluates hardware and software products for suitability, compatibility, and stability to be used within the computing environment.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in CS/IT/SE or Diploma in IT.
- Microsoft certification / Linux certification
- Network Administration skills / certification is a plus / preferred
