Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple digital platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Reddit, and Discord are a plus) in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

  • Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner

  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

  • Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive and serve as a point of contact for the company’s social media platforms

  • Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community

  • Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation 

  • Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback

  • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry

Requirements

  • Required experience: Min. 1 year

  • Excellent social media knowledge

  • Proven work experience as a community manager/social media marketer

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Prior knowledge of IT and software is a plus

  • Hands-on experience with social media management for companies

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
