Job Description:
• Candidate must have 2-3 years’ experience of WordPress
• Good understanding & experience of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience building user interfaces for websites & web applications
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Proactively perform cross-browser testing and optimizations for speed.
• Proficient in theme customization
• Ability to handle minor backend issues and web troubleshooting.
SEO responsibilities:
Preferably having SEO knowledge
• Experience conducting SEO site audits and in-depth Keyword analysis.
• Must know each every aspect of Google search console, Robot.txt and sitemaps.
• Must be able to acquire quality backlinks, do in depth keyword research, On site optimization and competitor backlinks analysis.
• Must be able to research quality niche specific guest posting, directory submission and link acquiring opportunities.
• Can chalk a monthly plan and strictly follow it.
• Blog post, Guest posts.
• Must be aware with all Google algorithm updates
Salary and incentives:
Salary range 45k-65k (Projections may exceed 100k upon satisfying performance)
Bonuses: Performance based incentives and profit-based bonuses are guaranteed.
