Senior Dev and Technical Lead

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of four developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring to enhance team skills and productivity.
Develop and maintain end-to-end WordPress solutions, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability of the platform.
Architect and implement full stack development projects with an emphasis on backend engineering best practices.
Utilize AI tools proficiently to integrate intelligent functionalities and streamline development processes.
Drive DevOps practices including automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to optimize software delivery pipelines.
Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold code quality, security standards, and adherence to best practices.
Plan and execute the technical roadmap aligning with company goals and technology trends.
