We are currently seeking a self-motivated, dynamic office secretary to perform a wide range of secretarial support functions for the Office in Karachi, and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Answering questions and performing data entry and/or word processing work as assigned.
  • Greeting and directing visitors.
  • Assist with planning and organizing events including meetings, ceremonies, and workshops
  • Develop and implement office procedures and administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Post Graduate Individual.
  • Ability to work with others as well as independently.
  • Excellent reading, writing, proofreading and computer skills (including internet browsing).
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Experience in correspondence and report writing.
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Proven work experience of a minimum of 2 years as secretary or administrative assistant.
