We are currently seeking a self-motivated, dynamic office secretary to perform a wide range of secretarial support functions for the Office in Karachi, and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Answering questions and performing data entry and/or word processing work as assigned.
- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Assist with planning and organizing events including meetings, ceremonies, and workshops
- Develop and implement office procedures and administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Post Graduate Individual.
- Ability to work with others as well as independently.
- Excellent reading, writing, proofreading and computer skills (including internet browsing).
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Experience in correspondence and report writing.
- Organization and time management skills
- Proven work experience of a minimum of 2 years as secretary or administrative assistant.
