Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing on software applications, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Create and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test suites to ensure the software meets the requirements.
- Debug and report software defects and issues, including identifying the root cause and potential resolutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in agile development and testing processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Continuously improve testing strategy and processes by incorporating new tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in manual software quality assurance (SQA).
- Working knowledge of software testing theories, methodologies, and principles.
- Prior experience with manual testing and test management tools.
- Familiarity with manual testing frameworks and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
