LOCATION: F-10, ISLAMABAD

We are looking for an inspiring Child-Led Learning Educator to join our home learning environment, supporting children aged 3 and 7.

The role includes guiding children's learning through hands-on activities, teaching English, Mathematics, and Urdu, and assisting with small-group learning co-ops.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in an early years or primary school setting.
Is fluent in English and Urdu.
Enjoys nature-based learning and scientific exploration.
Brings warmth, patience, and creativity to their work.
Is comfortable following children's interests while guiding their learning.
Is confident working independently and with small groups of children.

A qualification in early childhood education, primary education, psychology, or a related field is an advantage, but we are equally interested in candidates with a thoughtful and respectful approach to working with children.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a play-based learning curriculum that supports children's development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.
Guide and facilitate learning activities focused on English, Mathematics, and Urdu, adapting methods to meet individual children's needs and interests.
Observe and assess children's progress using developmental theories and observational assessment techniques to tailor learning experiences effectively.
Encourage children's natural curiosity by integrating nature-based learning and scientific exploration into daily activities.
Maintain a warm, patient, and creative learning environment that respects each childs pace and style of learning.
Support small-group learning sessions and one-on-one interactions to foster collaborative skills and personalized educational support.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about childrens progress, interests, and any notable observations related to development or behavior.
Collaborate with the Child Psychologist and other professionals to enrich the educational program and incorporate alternative education strategies.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning space that promotes positive behavioral guidance and emotional well-being.
