Accounts officer Responsibilities:

  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Record all Financial Transactions in Customized Software.
  • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
  • Can able to prepare Weekly & Monthly Reconciliations.
  • Petty cash handling.
  • Manage payroll activities and release salaries.

Skills Required:

  • Active and should be smart in resolving the issues
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
