We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent and Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. This role is best suited for professionals who already have hands-on experience in sales and/or customer support and are confident handling customers through phone, email, and chat with minimal supervision.

Shift Details:
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (approx.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Personal laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
