We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telesales Representative to join our Lahore office and help expand our client base through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp to promote our digital marketing services and packages.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing plans (SEO, Web Development, Content Writing, Facebook Campaigns, etc.).
- Convert leads into confirmed sales through strong follow-ups and relationship building.
- Maintain client records, sales logs, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer support, or digital service sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Websites, Social Media, etc.) is preferred.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and comfortable working on-site at our DHA office.
