Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate airline ticketing and reservation processing using Amadeus and Galileo systems.
  • Calculate and apply correct airfare pricing in compliance with airline and industry regulations.
  • Manage booking modifications, cancellations, refund processes, and ticket reissuances efficiently and according to established policies.
  • Interpret and enforce ticketing rules, regulations, and airline procedures to ensure compliance and minimize errors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address booking inquiries, fare information, and resolve ticketing issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with airline representatives and travel agencies to secure optimal ticketing solutions for customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes related to ticketing, fare structures, and reservation system updates.
  • Ensure all ticketing transactions are properly documented and recorded in compliance with company and airline standards.
  • Handle customer requests with professionalism, ensuring high levels of service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Support travel operations by providing accurate ticketing data and reports as required by management.
