We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused "Call Center Representative for TV Campaign" to join our team.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors
- 2 Years of experience in call center (on TV Campaign would be a plus point).
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing excellent customer service in a professional and efficient manner.
- Experience of AT&T, DirecTV, Spectrum, Frontier, and Optimum Campaign for a US-based call center is compulsory.
- Ensure top-tier service quality in every phone call.
- Your accent should be UK/USA based and must have a clear understanding of clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversations.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Salary: 100K – 150K per month
Timings: This is a full night-time position (7pm to 5am ), including 1 hour meal break.
