Isekai Digital is seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior developers, designers, and project managers to develop and maintain websites, web applications, and digital products tailored for our clients. This position provides a unique opportunity for a developer with 1 to 2 years of practical experience or a strong portfolio to deepen their skills in both frontend and backend technologies while embracing AI-assisted development tools. As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will independently handle coding tasks at a junior level and incorporate AI-based coding assistants to enhance research, debugging, and development speed. Curiosity, adaptability, and a keen desire to learn new technologies quickly are essential. Although you will not be leading a team, collaboration and communication with team members are vital for project success. The role encourages a strong understanding of coding practices, debugging, and problem-solving with an emphasis on responsible use of AI to improve productivity and code quality.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications aligned with UI/UX designs across multiple platforms.
Collaborate on both frontend and backend development tasks, including building user interfaces, APIs, and managing databases.
Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality and maintain seamless connectivity.
Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs across existing projects to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Conduct thorough testing of new features and enhancements prior to deployment to guarantee reliability and quality.
Use Git and follow comprehensive version control practices to maintain code integrity and support team collaboration.
Participate actively in code reviews, offering and implementing constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.
Assist senior developers with complex project tasks while learning to take increasing ownership of components and modules.
Conduct research on technical challenges and propose innovative solutions leveraging AI development tools effectively and responsibly.
Employ AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and others to understand development concepts, generate initial code structures, and accelerate development workflows.
Interpret AI-generated code critically, ensuring a full understanding of the functionality before integration and usage.
Continuously acquire knowledge of new frameworks, programming languages, tools, and software development practices.
Support deployment activities and the ongoing maintenance of client projects to ensure long-term success.
Maintain clear and detailed project documentation and adhere strictly to coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
