Isekai Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 4 years of professional experience to lead and manage a team of 3 developers. The ideal candidate will take technical ownership of end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial planning through deployment, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure web applications and digital platforms. This role requires designing and implementing both frontend and backend systems while working closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and account managers to translate business and product requirements into effective technical solutions. The Senior Full Stack Developer will provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and uphold development standards, driving technical excellence across projects. Effective troubleshooting and optimization of performance, security, and scalability are critical components of this position. In this role, the developer will lead the integration and development of APIs, databases, and third-party services, managing deployments and version control using industry-standard tools and practices. The successful candidate demonstrates strong expertise in system architecture design and DevOps practices, fosters continuous integration and deployment, and implements automated testing to maintain high-quality codebases. By conducting technical reviews and researching new technologies, the Senior Full Stack Developer will innovate and enhance project capabilities within Isekai Digital, contributing significantly to the companys mission of delivering value-driven digital solutions.
Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance websites, web applications, APIs, and digital platforms, ensuring functionality, security, and scalability.
Take full technical ownership of projects from concept and planning stages through to deployment and maintenance.
Design scalable and modular frontend and backend system architectures that support evolving business needs.
Translate complex business and product requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services to extend technology stack capabilities.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement highly responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Coordinate with project managers and account managers to align project deliverables with client expectations and timelines.
Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high development standards across multiple projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including production bugs, to maintain uninterrupted service availability.
Manage application deployments, configure environments, and oversee version control processes using Git.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability through continuous monitoring and tuning.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Estimate development efforts accurately, identify technical dependencies and risks, and plan accordingly.
Perform technical reviews before production releases to ensure software readiness and quality.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance the technology stack.
Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure code reliability and efficiency.
