- Ensure that the most effective tools, resources and structures are put in place and that the transition process is a smooth one.
- Ability to understand the changing patterns of tech stacks including mondoDb, expressJs, react, node, angularJs, python, magento, laravel, php, vue, elixir, blockchain, shopify, django, lamp, javascript, apache etc.
- Goal- oriented approach and clear cut vision.
- He must be able to understand the requirements as directed by the client and interpret to the team.
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Help departments use technology profitably
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
