Operational
  1. Services

    • Follow the schedule of lunch, tea, and dinner for IR staff and prepare food according to the instructions of the mess manager.
    • Prepare food and serve during official events.
  2. Others

    • Prepare and serve food, clean the kitchen and crockery, and ensure strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation.
    • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and dining hall.
    • Purchase monthly office supplies.
    • Procure food-related items in advance according to the instructions of the mess manager.
    • Keep a record of all kitchen item purchases, mess members, and guests.
