Level

  • Effective coordination and planning of project activities.
  • Proper planning and timely execution of livestock activities while consulting all concerned team members in the supervision of the project lead.
  • Ensure timely completion of all activities while adhering to quality aspects.
  • Progress sharing with project lead on a regular basis as per practice that is daily, weekly, monthly, interim, and end-term reports.
  • Developing context-specific criteria and assessment tools in consultation with the relevant line management/ project lead.
  • Regular follow-up of project activities to ensure project sustainability
  • Ongoing monitoring of all interventions & sharing timely feedback with the project lead.
  • Help the CDO/ social mobilization team in formation/reactivation/strengthening of community organizations (COs)/VOs and subcommittees in the project area as per need.
  • Capacity building of the community organization through orientation and in-house training.
  • Resolve conflict among the target community through effective dialogues.
  • Identification of beneficiaries for multiple project interventions i.e.
  • Gauge the impacts of all interventions & and share reports with all concerned.
  • Identify gaps, avoid overlaps and duplication /project activities, and share timely with the project lead.
  • Remain a good team player.
  • Effective skills in resolving problems, especially in the field.
  • Ensure M&E applications
  • Strategic oversight of planning, budgeting, re-designing, implementation, and monitoring of the program/projects.
  • Ensure appropriate beneficiary’s data collection & and screening prior to making any transaction
  • Facilitate communities in adaptation of environment-friendly & and cost-effective approaches to meet their current as well as future needs with specific attention to climate change.
  • Focused efforts to be made for mainstreaming of marginalized groups i.e.
  • Persons with disabilities and old age, minorities, Women & and children, etc. in consultation & and implementation of project activities at the ground.
  • Participation and facilitation in the implementation of IR seasonal programs
  • Responsible for completing any other task assigned by the project lead.

Operational Level

  • Preparation of weekly/monthly work plans against PMT (performance-measured time frame) by ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in the stipulated time period.
  •  Maintenance of hard record that includes field visit reports, CO meeting minutes, beneficiary data, assessment record, distribution record & other documentation.
  •  Ensure appropriate beneficiary’s data collection & screening prior to making any transaction
  •  Ensure proper filling of forms & formats as per desired standard
  •  Extend support to MEAL / MIS / Communications staff for gathering desired information.
  •  Ensure availability of up-to-date info in MIS on regular basis with consultation of MIS / M&E.
  •  Close coordination with the line manager for effective/ timely implantation and completion of project activities.

Organizational
