• Identification, sensitization and mobilization of families, communities and employers to support child protection interventions.
  • Assist in conducting broad-based community meetings (BBCM) / stakeholders workshops at the community level
  • Formation and capacity building of Child Care Groups (CCGs) and Child Right Clubs (CRCs) to strengthen child support mechanism
  • · Non-Formal Education and Skill development interventions initiated in close coordination with right-holders and stakeholders.
  • Improving street children's awareness through core life skills (self-management, anger management, communication and self-defense etc)
  • Broad based awareness on child protection campaigns.
  • Organizing appropriate recreational and MHPSS activities for children.
  • Strengthening coordination of CCGs and communities with state institutions responsible for child protection services.
  • Assist in the identification & prioritization of the most vulnerable/marginalized villages through PRA tools.
  • Assist in initial contacts & programme introduction of project in the targeted village
  • Formation, revitalization, and strengthening of village / community development committees / organizations by ensuring inclusion of all segments of society on sustainable basis.
  • Conduct regular meetings with community organizations for raising awareness about their entitlement i.e. social, economic & rights.
  • Motivating the communities for the monthly contribution of  saving schemes
  • Facilitate & support other sectoral leads at ground in need identification/prioritization & verification of the project interventions/activities.
  • Regular follow-up and monitoring of project activities & timely reporting of identified gaps with best possible solutions.
  • Facilitate in arrangement of IRP / donors visits to project areas.
