Develop and track work plans including the reporting schedule, and communication material based on IRP’s ongoing projects agreements with different donors.

Ensure the compliance and adherence to contractual obligations of donors/partners at all levels. 

Ensure that reports are aligned, particularly the final ones, with the findings of their respective studies such as baseline, end line, evaluation, etc.

Review all donor/partner funded reports coming from different area offices and ensure that the donor formats and guidelines regarding narrative, financial, media etc. have been complied with.

Ensure accuracy of the information/data given in reports by triangulating these with their respective proposal documents.

For each report, ensure that all the data across all sections, documents, annexes etc. are in harmony and devoid of any conflicting information.

Edit and refine contents of reports coming from the area offices and track and document operational and financial variances and ensure that these are incorporated in the subsequent reports of these projects.

Document the learnings and challenges related to reports and make a plan to ensure that these are addressed or taken into account in the subsequent reports.

Coordinate with the media and communication department to ensure that the visibility and communication standards of different donors are adhered to.

Develop appropriate effective tools and mechanisms in consultation with area offices and project leads for effective capturing of progress.

Provide timely compliance advice to all concerned arising out of the service level agreements (SLA), addendums or programme schedule change request form (PSCRF).

Undertake any other reasonable duties consistent with the job and at its level of responsibility as and when required by line management

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.

 

Qualification:

Bachelor / Master's Degree in Social Sciences

Experience:

Minimum experience of similar role in NGO setup:

·         5 years relevant experience with Master’s degree or 7 years relevant experience with Bachelor degree.

 Computer Skills:

·         MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook

Language:

 Urdu and English

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment

·         Good communication skills in local as well as English / Urdu language that delivers the information with clarity in a wide range of situations.

·         Have a learning attitude and a continuous improvement philosophy.
