- Leading the Internal Audit department
- Designing and evaluating the soundness, adequacy, application of procedures and internal controls of the organization
- Preparing the annual audit plan in accordance with accepted industry standards
- Conducting operational and financial audits and share findings in well-drafted reports with top management
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 Years of Education in Relevent Field.
- Preference will be given to the candidates having experiance in any reputed Audit Firm.
- Should have a background of internal controls with relevant work experience of a similar position
- Must have good familiarity with AML/KYC/Compliance policies etc.
- Must be familiar with the Financial Institution Audit standards and have the ability to document controls and present to the management, external auditors and Board of Directors
- Must have strong leadership skills with excellent communication and report writing skills in English.
