We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cold Kitchen Chef’s to join our dynamic team at Ta'am Ul Khaas (Middle-east Cuisine), a Project of ISMMART Group of Industries. As a Cold Kitchen Chef Helper, you will provide crucial support to our Cold Kitchen Chef in the preparation and execution of visually appealing and flavorful cold dishes. If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the culinary world, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- Assist the Cold Kitchen Chef in the preparation of cold food items, including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables, and assembling salads and appetizers.
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Cold Kitchen Chef, ensuring accuracy in portioning and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling, labeling, and storage of cold food items.
- Pay attention to detail in food presentation, ensuring that cold dishes are aesthetically pleasing and visually appealing.
- Assist in the arrangement and garnishing of cold plates and platters, maintaining consistency with the chef's specifications.
- Work efficiently and manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks and assistance to the Cold Kitchen Chef.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in learning and growing in the culinary profession.
- Formal culinary training or enrollment in a culinary program is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant experience in a professional kitchen or cold food preparation is a plus
