Helper

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender’s Helper to join our dynamic team at Ta'am Ul Khaas (Middle-east Cuisine), a Project of ISMMART Group of Industries. As a Bartender's Helper, you will provide essential support to our bartenders, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bar area. Key Requirements:

Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, including gathering and organizing necessary ingredients, glassware, and garnishes.
Help with the setup and breakdown of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning utensils, and ensuring a clean and tidy workspace.
Aid in maintaining inventory levels by monitoring stock and promptly informing bartenders or management of any shortages or needs.
Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, providing excellent customer service to guests at all times.
Assist in taking and delivering drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and other staff members to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, taking direction and assisting wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the business needs.
Possess the physical stamina and endurance to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy kegs, cases of beverages, and other supplies as required.
Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate measurements, proper garnishing, and adherence to established recipes and presentation standards.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of waste appropriately.
