We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hot Kitchen Chef’s Helper to join our dynamic team at Ta'am Ul Khaas (Middle-east Cuisine), a Project of ISMMART Group of Industries. As a Hot Kitchen Chef's Helper, you will provide crucial support to our Hot Kitchen Chef, assisting in the preparation and execution of delicious and visually appealing hot dishes. Requirements:

Assist the Hot Kitchen Chef in the preparation of hot food items, including chopping, peeling, marinating, and portioning ingredients as directed.
Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Hot Kitchen Chef, ensuring accuracy in ingredient measurements and cooking techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hot kitchen area, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene practices, including proper temperature control and sanitation protocols.
Pay attention to detail in food presentation, ensuring that hot dishes are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
Assist in the plating and garnishing of hot dishes, following the chef's specifications for an enhanced dining experience.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop culinary skills related to hot food preparation techniques, including proper cooking methods, seasoning, and flavor combinations.
Exhibit adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment, supporting the Hot Kitchen Chef in meeting the demands of a dynamic culinary operation.
Prior experience in a professional kitchen or basic culinary training is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated interest in culinary arts and a willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
