We are a leading superstore chain in Pakistan looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in retail management and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Hire, train, and manage store staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions and develop action plans
- Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Monitor store performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a superstore chain
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
