We are seeking a motivated professional to support clients in the implementation, documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure their quality management processes align with ISO 9001 standards, helping them achieve compliance and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct ISO 9001 gap assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and review Quality Management System (QMS) manuals, procedures, forms, and records.
- Assist clients in implementing ISO 9001 requirements effectively.
- Prepare process maps and establish quality objectives to support client goals.
- Support risk and opportunity assessments as part of the QMS framework.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance and system effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and corrective action plans to address findings.
- Assist clients in closing nonconformities and ensuring corrective measures are implemented.
- Support Management Review activities by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Deliver ISO 9001 awareness sessions and internal auditor training to client teams.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and coordinate project activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare consultancy reports and comprehensive project documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Sciences, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, or consultancy roles.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Experience in internal auditing is preferred.
- Understanding of risk-based thinking and the process approach as applied to QMS.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Candidates with prior consultancy experience will be given preference.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications

- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
- Additional QMS-related training or certifications are advantageous.
