ISO Consultant

QVR Global Services is seeking a dedicated ISO Consultant to join their team in Sialkot, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position operates during morning shifts and involves occasional travel. The role focuses on supporting clients in the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and be comfortable working in a non-managerial capacity. Compensation for this position ranges from PKR 80,000 to 120,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with the implementation of ISO management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to ISO processes and procedures.
- Conduct gap assessments to identify areas where client systems do not meet ISO requirements.
- Perform internal audits and support external audit processes to verify compliance and effectiveness.
- Facilitate corrective action plans to address non-conformities and improve system performance.
- Deliver employee awareness sessions to promote understanding and adherence to ISO standards.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely completion of all ISO-related activities and maintain strong professional relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with ISO management systems.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, implementation processes, and audit procedures.
- Proven ability to conduct gap assessments and develop corrective action plans.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively deliver training and awareness sessions.
- Willingness to work on-site during morning shifts and travel as required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage documentation and audit schedules.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
