We are looking for a resource having strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA-based project. Candidates must have packaging experience.

Brief job description is as follows:

Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails.
Generating sales inquiries through incoming calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails.
Making sure every inquiry is catered to properly; working in the supervision of the sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales.
Assessing customer’s needs and coordinating with the estimation team to make sure the customer receives price quotations in time.
Periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities.
Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork, and other files.
Coordinating with the design team to make artwork changes requested by customers.
Coordinating with the shipping team to make sure the customer receives his/her job on time.
