A leading renowned IT and Electronics oriented company operating its Head Office in Karachi and Regional Offices nationwide is looking for ‘Sale Coordinator’ to be based in Head Office to carry-out Sales Support activities and coordinate with Sales Teams effectively. This position will report to NSM position.
Salary Package:30k – 50k (Depending upon candidate’s profile and work exposure)
Following are key Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales Team for preparation of Sales Orders frequently.
- Follow-up supply chain and warehouse on daily basis for delivery of Orders.
- Follow-up on receivables and overdue (Aging) with Accounts and Dealers as and when required.
- Coordinate Sales Team and provide feedback on sales targets.
- Coordinate on behalf of Sales Team to resolve dealers related problems.
- Coordinate operations department for timely disposal of POS materials as and when necessary.
- Follow-up Dealers for new and renewal of old contracts as and when necessary.
- Assist NSM and prepare day-to-day sales reports and analysis on daily basis to achieve business development activities.
Eligibility to Apply:
- Candidate must have minimum 3 years of relevant experience - Candidates from similar industry shall be given preference.
- Should have sound expertise in developing and maintaining data MIS and analysis in MS Excel.
- Must possess strong business communication skills.
- Is capable of meeting deadlines and completing tasks precisely under pressure.
- Should have own conveyance for travelling - Motor Bike preferably.
