We are seeking a versatile IT professional who will be responsible for managing our hardware and network infrastructure while actively contributing to software development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of all systems, provide technical support to the team, and assist in building and maintaining internal applications using modern technologies. This role requires a hands-on approach to both hardware management and coding, supporting a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Infrastructure:
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and provide procurement recommendations.
- Perform regular data backups and verify the effectiveness of recovery procedures.

Software & Development:
- Develop, maintain, and debug web applications primarily using PHP and MySQL.
- Build and update cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Write automation scripts and tools in Python.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases, queries, and reporting mechanisms.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services into existing systems.
- Deploy applications and manage hosting environments including shared hosting, VPS, and cPanel.
- Utilize Git for version control and adhere to best practices in code management.

Support & Security:
- Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff members.
- Install and update operating systems, software, and security patches regularly.
- Implement security best practices such as antivirus management, access control, user permissions, and data protection.
- Document systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides comprehensively.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new tools and systems as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in PHP and MySQL.
- Practical experience with Flutter/Dart for mobile application development.
- Working knowledge of Python scripting.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience using Git and understanding of basic deployment workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with frameworks and platforms such as Node.js, Django, or Laravel.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean, and Linux server administration.
- Experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Exposure to Electron or desktop application development.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent.
- Experience with accounting, HR, or business management software is a plus.

Additional Information
- Office hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Salary range: Rs30,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
- Work location: On-site (in person).
