- Effective customer and team management, including task assignment and project delivery to the customers on time.
- Follow up with consumers on provided quotations and unpaid invoices.
- Use a CRM system to follow up with clients and queries.
- Collaborate with the team to improve our offered services, such as the website flow, order process, and customer care.
- Communicate with customers and developers about their projects.
- Lead the team in a diverse range of situations.
- Create or update documentation for all of the services we provide.
- Assist with updating website material, social media content, and ensuring that all information on our website is up to date.
- Ensure that the support staff provides timely support
- Make a proposal for customers using our existing templates.

- Accept full responsibility and work with little supervision.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries, comments, and recommendations from users Coordinate quick responses to consumer questions.
