We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Operations Executive to support and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide technical support, manage IT systems, and ensure the smooth daily operation of IT services throughout the company. This role requires hands-on involvement with hardware and software maintenance, user support, and system monitoring to maintain optimal performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees across the organization.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions to ensure proper access control.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor system performance, security protocols, and overall IT operations health.
- Perform routine data backups, system updates, and software patching to maintain system integrity.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory records, asset tracking, and equipment documentation.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and respond effectively to technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Bahria Town Karachi or nearby areas to facilitate convenient commuting.
The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month. In addition, the role provides professional growth and learning opportunities within a friendly, collaborative, and supportive work environment.

- Work location: Bahria Town Karachi, Midway Commercial (in-person).
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, UK shift hours.
- Summer: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- Winter: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- Holiday policy: UK public holidays observed; Pakistani public holidays are not observed.
