IT & Could Specialist

The role involves managing and securing the company’s cloud environments, Microsoft 365 services, endpoints, network infrastructure, and AI platforms. The primary focus is to ensure reliable, secure, and policy-compliant IT operations that support business continuity and efficiency. This position requires hands-on administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination across multiple technology domains to maintain a robust and secure IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee Office 365 services including user management, permissions, security, licensing, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

- Intune & Mobile Device Management (MDM): Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, Autopilot, and endpoint lifecycle to maintain secure and compliant device environments.

- Endpoint Security: Administer endpoint protection solutions such as EDR/antivirus, encryption, firewall settings, security policies, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring.

- AWS Cloud Management: Handle AWS infrastructure including Identity and Access Management (IAM), security configurations, monitoring, networking, backups, and cost optimization strategies.

- AI Platform Administration: Manage organizational use of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, including user access, license management, security, and enforcement of usage policies.

- Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor network health, performance, availability, bandwidth, and connectivity; proactively troubleshoot network-related issues.

- Cisco Networking: Manage and troubleshoot Cisco switches, VLANs, routing protocols, DHCP, DNS, and network segmentation to ensure network stability and security.

- UniFi & SD-WAN Management: Administer UniFi UDM Pro Max devices, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi networks, VLAN configurations, WAN connectivity, and SD-WAN/failover mechanisms.

- IT Operations: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting support, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain IT assets, create and update documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs), coordinate with vendors, and implement infrastructure improvements.

- Security & Compliance: Enforce access controls including multi-factor authentication (MFA), apply least-privilege principles, uphold security standards, and ensure adherence to company IT policies.

Required Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Intune administration.

- Proven experience in endpoint security management.

- Proficiency in AWS cloud administration.

- Solid knowledge of Cisco switching and networking technologies.

- Hands-on experience with UniFi devices, particularly UDM Pro Max.

- Familiarity with SD-WAN, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP protocols.

- Competence in AI platform administration.

- Skilled in network monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Excellent documentation and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Certifications, AWS Certifications, and CompTIA Network+ or Security+ are highly desirable.
