PRIME ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The bullets are appended prime responsibilities of a Sales Consultant / Executive in E-Commerce.

  •  Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling & / or e-mailing.
  • Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
  • Plan every day & week, to ensure acquire the weekly / monthly GP targets.
  • Define and implement sales strategy and technique & establish close coordination with marketing team to acquire goals.
  • Understand client’s needs and tailor products to meet client requirements.
  • Conceive & Create innovative ways to build relations with individual accounts, for better business results.
  • Work with other team members to identify opportunities for new prospects, markets for growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to review own & competitor pricing & plan to achieve goals.
  • Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients.
  • Conduct effective sales presentation for potential customers, through phone calls / emails.
  • Develop and maintain records of sales to each & every customer, to refer to, so it helps follow up activities & for new business.
  • Tender best / excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify & discuss problems of each & every customer in a professional manner, to provide timely solutions, by keeping the office-decorum & rules in view.
  • To be respectful to colleagues, customers & towards the rules stipulated by the company, to be an example in the office creating better environment & decorum.
