IT & Digital Operations Executive

OncologyPanel is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT & Digital Operations Executive to join their team at the VDL Office in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in managing digital platforms within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily website activities, supporting doctors and patients, and assisting with various digital operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage website content, perform updates, and resolve basic technical issues to maintain an optimal online presence.
- Assist in onboarding doctors and managing their profiles on the platform.
- Handle patient inquiries effectively through WhatsApp, email, and phone communication channels.
- Coordinate online appointments and consultations between patients and healthcare professionals.
- Oversee e-commerce product listings and manage customer orders to support the platform’s commercial activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
