We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide comprehensive hardware, software, and network support to end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment, managing user accounts, performing backups, and ensuring security updates are applied promptly. This role requires effective ticket management and collaboration with vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive salary range.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware, software, and network support to users to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
- Manage user accounts, perform regular backups, and apply security updates to maintain system integrity.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets while coordinating with external vendors for issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities combined with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in the gas, energy, or utility sector is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs150,000.
- Work location is in person, providing direct interaction with the team and infrastructure.
