IT Executive

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Executive with over two years of experience to join our team in Gulberg II, Lahore. This on-site role operates from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and involves managing daily IT operations, providing technical support to overseas teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT operations and deliver technical support to overseas teams.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues promptly.
- Ensure all IT systems, computers, and software are properly configured and ready for new employees during onboarding.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, email setups, access permissions, and maintain system security protocols.
- Monitor network connectivity, resolve internet issues, and oversee IT infrastructure health.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory, asset records, and manage equipment allocation.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, and IT service companies to resolve technical problems.
- Perform regular system updates, data backups, antivirus protection, and implement basic cybersecurity measures.
- Keep detailed records of IT issues, troubleshooting activities, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide timely technical assistance to employees to minimize operational downtime.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and networking domains.
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, hardware installation, software deployment, and network management.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365/email configuration, user access management, and basic IT security principles.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when supporting overseas teams.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently resolve technical issues.
