IT Executive

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Executive with over two years of experience to join our team in Gulberg II, Lahore. This on-site role involves managing daily IT operations and providing technical support primarily to overseas teams. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, handle troubleshooting, and maintain IT infrastructure during standard office hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations and deliver technical support to overseas teams.
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networks, and systems promptly.
- Configure and prepare IT systems, computers, and software for new employee onboarding.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, email setups, access permissions, and maintain system security protocols.
- Monitor network connectivity, internet performance, and overall IT infrastructure health.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory, asset records, and manage equipment allocation efficiently.
- Liaise with internet service providers, software vendors, and IT service companies to resolve technical problems.
- Ensure regular system updates, data backups, antivirus protection, and implement basic cybersecurity measures.
- Keep detailed records of IT issues, troubleshooting efforts, and equipment maintenance activities.
- Provide timely technical assistance to employees to minimize operational downtime.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across hardware, software, and networking domains.
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, hardware installation, software deployment, and network management.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365/email configuration, user access management, and basic IT security practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when supporting remote or overseas teams.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently resolve technical issues under minimal supervision.
