IT Executive

Union Developers is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily IT operations, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure. This position requires hands-on management of hardware, software, and network systems to ensure seamless technology functionality across the company. The role demands strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication to assist employees and coordinate with external vendors as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain computers, networks, software, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications to meet organizational needs.
- Monitor network connectivity, systems, and overall IT infrastructure to prevent disruptions.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation for efficient tracking and management.
- Assist with data backup processes, security protocols, and access management to safeguard company information.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical problems and procure necessary services.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Support employees with their day-to-day technology requirements and inquiries.
- Adhere to company IT policies and security procedures to maintain compliance and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and vendors.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
